COMIC genius John Cleese is coming to Canberra next year with his one man show, “An Evening with John Cleese.”
Best known as the star of “Monty Python” and “Fawlty Towers”, Cleese won a British Academy Award for best actor in “A Fish Called Wanda” and appeared in the Bond films “The World is Not Enough” and “Die Another Day”.
Cleese described his one man show as: “an evening of well-honed anecdotes, psychoanalytical tit-bits, and unprovoked attacks on former colleagues, especially Michael Palin.”
Canberra Theatre Centre members are entitled to special pre-sale tickets from today through to 9am, Monday September 12. All tickets go on sale to the general public from Monday September 12 at 9am.
