‘Rebirth’ targets retailers

Kingston Foreshore is looking for businesses to "Be a part of the rebirth".

CANBERRA developer Englobo Group is turning heads with its “Be a part of the rebirth” publicity for the Kingston Foreshore precinct.

The developer is looking for café owners, restaurateurs, boutique fashion houses and other lifestyle retailers to be part of the proposed promenade  made up of two developments – Aurora and Site 20 (working title) – both a mix of residential apartments and commercial space.

Englobo Group managing director Terry Shaw said the campaign,  called “Be a part of the rebirth” launched this week, and has already captured the attention of one of the nation’s leading chefs, among other potential retailers.

“Everything we’ve done to date – from engaging Cox Architects to design Aurora and Site 20 through to providing the vision for the design of public spaces in the area – has been stamped with our commitment to innovation and quality,’ Mr Shaw said.

“We have a world-class vision for the precinct and the marketing materials we’re using to sell the rebirth of Kingston Foreshore capture this perfectly.”
