LAST week Canberra recorded its coldest day in 17 years, however today sees warm change with a predicted maximum temperature of 21 degrees.
A spokesperson for the Weather Channel chief meteorologist said today is the hottest winter day in Canberra since August 28, 2007 when the temperature reached 21.9°C.
