Man bashed in robbery

THREE men robbed a Mitchell business last night, which left one victim with a number of facial injuries.

The men entered the business at 9.15pm, following an employee to the back of the premises, where one offender punched the employee in the face. The three men then entered the main office and demanded money from the manager, repeatedly punching him about the face and head. The manager handed over cash and the men fled in what is believed to be a dark blue Ford Falcon ute with a NSW registration.

The first offender is described as Caucasian, around 30 years of age with a muscular build. He is about 165cm (5’5”) tall, with blond, short hair and a fair complexion and was wearing a white hooded jumper.

The second offender is described as Caucasian, around 30 years of age with a muscular build. He is about 196cm (6’5”) tall, with dark brown medium length wavy hair and a fair complexion and was wearing a brown t-shirt with yellow writing and yellow trim around the sleeves.

The third offender is described as Caucasian, around 30 years-of-age with a medium build. He is about 180cm (5’11”) tall, with dark brown medium length hair and a fair complexion and has a tattoo running from his collar up the left side of his neck, possibly of the wing of a bird.

Anyone with information of the described offenders and car are urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or visit  www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
