Public urged to meet Mary at AWM

CANBERRANS wanting a peek at Princess Mary and Prince Frederik during their visit to the Australian War Memorial tomorrow are urged to arrive by 4pm to secure the best vantage point.

At the memorial, the royal couple will make their way through the Commemorative area to the Hall of Memory, where they will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Australian Soldier. They will also sign the memorial’s visitor book.

Princess Mary and Prince Frederik first visited the Memorial in March 2005. This will be their second visit.
