A TRUCK caught on fire this morning on the Monaro Highway in Fyshwick.
ACT Fire Brigade attended the scene extinguishing the fire in the engine compartment inside the truck cabin. The truck driver managed to escape safely.
Northbound lanes were closed. The cause of the fire was undetermined.
