NINE-year-old Audrey McCormick has won this year’s Canberra Milk Kid competition.
Organisers of the competition say Audrey took out the Canberra Milk Kid competition with a “clever charismatic” rap video that she filmed during the school holidays with the help of her brother.
She takes over from 2011 winner, Jasper Muscat.
Audrey says she is an all-rounder at school, has a very active sporting lifestyle and insists she needs Canberra Milk everyday to maximise her health and wellbeing.
Audrey will be the face of the Canberra Milk Kid for three months, giving her the opportunity to be a part of a number of local community and sporting events.
She will also receive prizes including – starring in a Canberra Milk Kid television commercial, a Snowy Hydro SouthCare helicopter flight to school with friends, a family ZooVenture Tour at the National Zoo and Aquarium and a three-month supply of Canberra Milk.
