MOTORISTS can have their registration plate screws replaced with tamper-proof screws at no cost tomorrow as part of a joint project between ACT police and Tuggeranong Hyperdome.
Project Safe Plate will be in full swing between at the Reed Street North car park at Tuggeranong Hyperdome, between 9am and 1pm.
