John Butler unplugged in Canberra

JOHN Butler returns to Canberra in April as part of his solo acoustic tour titled “Tin Shed Tales”.

“Tin Shed Tales” stemmed from a surprise unplugged acoustic show he performed in Perth, where he shared anecdotes with the audience and performed songs from his vast catalogue. The concert sold-out within seven minutes

“I’m really excited about this tour,” Butler said. “There is something special about stripping all the bells and whistles off and really feeling the power of less is more.”

Along with songs from his past catalogue, Butler will also unveil some new songs.  The Canberra show will also feature an opening act by Mama Kin.

John Butler’s “Tin Shed Tales” at the Canberra Theatre, Friday April 13. Tickets at http://www.canberratheatrecentre.com.au
