GLOBAL Battle of the Bands is an international event with over 30 countries involved and it’s making an appearance at Mooseheads in Civic tomorrow with the Canberra heat.
Local band My Own True Love
Local band My Own True Love made it to the Australasian Final 2011, coming in just behind Adelaide band Heston Drop, and so, especially given the talent here, it’s not impossible.
It’s billed as a fun night anyway, with “cool audience giveaways” and the excitement of seeing who gets through.
Global Battle of the Bands heat, at Mooseheads Pub and Nightclub, 105 London Circuit Canberra City, 8pm Friday September 14. Tickets: $15
