Police release photos of cafe burglar

IMAGES of the man allegedly behind the robbery of a Belconnen cafe have been released by police.

On Wednesday a female employee at The Coffee Club in Westfield Belconnen was counting money after closing the cafe when the man walked behind the service counter.

Police say the woman tried to grab the money but the man pushed her aside and took the cash.

The man was last seen running towards the level three car park off Cohen Street.

No-one was injured during the robbery.
