ANZAC Day weather across the nation is a bit of a mixed bag, with showers likely for half of the country’s capital cities and dry for the rest, says The Weather Channel.
“South-eastern Australia will be cold, wet and windy on Wednesday morning due to a low- pressure system in eastern Bass Strait,” senior meteorologist Tom Saunders says.
“Unfortunately for those heading out to the morning services showers are likely in Melbourne and are possible in Adelaide, Hobart and Canberra.
“For Sydney and Perth dry weather is likely while Brisbane and Darwin will be clearing after overnight rain and thunderstorms.”
