THREE workers have been injured, one seriously, in an accident on a work site at Kingston Foreshore this morning after a concrete boom collapsed at the Dockside development on Eastlake Parade .
One of the men, trapped under the boom, was rescued by firefighters.
Intensive care paramedics treated three men on scene and all have been taken to Canberra Hospital, one in a serious condition the other two with minor injuries.
