POLICE are seeking witnesses to the burglary of a Braddon restaurant in the early hours of Monday morning.
About 4.30am a staff member arrived at The Elk and Pea restaurant on Lonsdale Street and noticed the front door was ajar and a number of items and cash were missing from the premises. The incident was reported to police at 8am by the business owner, who also noticed damage to an upstairs window.
Police will review any available CCTV footage from surrounding businesses.
