Couple to face court over fast food assault

A 41-year-old Narrabundah couple have been arrested for allegedly assaulting a staff member and throwing an exploding bottle at a Manuka takeaway store after their card declined.

Around 7.45pm, three people entered the Subway store where they ordered food. The debit card used to pay for the food was declined and the trio then left the store without paying.
