AN 18-year-old man has been arrested following an incident at the underground car park of Coles Manuka last night.
Around 10.45pm, the man followed a woman to her car. While she was seated in her vehicle the man performed an act of indecency.
A witness provided police with an image she had taken on her mobile phone earlier in the evening, having suspected the man was acting suspiciously.
The man will appear in court on January 29.
