A MAN has been charged by police after he posted a video of himself on Facebook doing burnouts in Mitchell.
On January 21, police received a complaint about a red Holden Commodore performing burnouts in Baillieu Court.
Later that same day, police saw footage on Facebook of a vehicle fitting the same description, with the footage posted by the registered owner of the vehicle to his Facebook account.
Police identified the vehicle, and it was seized.
A 21-year-old Palmerston man has been charged and will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court.
Police urge anyone who witnesses anti-social or dangerous driving to contact Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000, or viawww.act.crimestoppers.com.au
