Men wanted after string of Civic assaults

POLICE have released photos of four young men in relation to a series of assaults in Civic last Thursday night. 

It comes after earlier revelations that a man was left unconscious and hospitalised after being punched and kicked in the head on the same night.

The assaults are believed to have started around 11.50pm at the intersection of West Row and London Circuit and continued onto the median strip of Northbourne Avenue between the Sydney and Melbourne buildings. Offenders and some of the victims continued towards McDonalds on East Row.

Around 10 minutes later, around midnight, police spoke to five men near Northbourne Avenue who had been assaulted by a group of men in the area.

Around 12.05am police were called to McDonalds Restaurant on East Row, Civic, after an assault. On arrival, police spoke with two males who allege they had been assaulted by the same male between London Circuit and East Row.

Police are seeking to identify the four males pictured in relation to the incidents.
