Stuff you need (serves four).
660mL pure coconut water.
one punnet fresh strawberries.
one cup mixed frozen berries.
one peeled banana.
two peeled whole oranges.
four medjool dates.
one tray ice cubes.
Place all ingredients into your blender and whiz for one minute, gradually increasing the speed until all ingredients are blended.
