Smell of smoke at Sound Archive

FIREFIGHTERS are currently on scene at the National Film and Sound Archive investigating a strong smell of smoke in an area of the building.

So far there is no sign of fire.

A partial evacuation is in place whilst crews investigate.

Three fire pumpers, the Hazardous Materials Unit, the Breathing Apparatus Van and a Commander are on scene.
