To see or not to see a crash course in Shakespeare

“THE Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)” is coming to the Q on Saturday for a short season that runs into Monday and Tuesday.

shakespeareBilled as the antidote for Bard-haters, this a professional comic take on The Bard’s handiwork.

State Theatre Company of South Australia production directed by Adam Cook, it sees all 37 of the world’s greatest dramatist’s plays covered— in great haste.

There’ll be silly costumes, ham acting and, in short, it’s a case where the answer to the question “To see or not to see” is obvious.

“The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)” at The Q, 253 Crawford Street, Queanbeyan, August 24, 26 and 27, bookings to 6285 6290 or www.theq.net.au
