FM 104.7’s Scotty & Nige have retained the number 1 spot in radio’s highly-coveted breakfast slot despite a drop in the station’s audience share, according to the latest ratings.Former top rating station, 666 ABC, showed a decline in Canberra audience numbers across all weekday time slots, slipping to third spot, behind Mix 106.3.
Triple J increased its audience share across all timeslots in Canberra, almost doubling its share of afternoons (noon to 4pm) from 7.7 per cent to 14.7 per cent and jumping to fourth spot
Meanwhile, 104.7 saw its share of listeners aged 18 to 24 fall by 15.5 percentage points and 25 to 30 fall by 8.8 per cent.
