PUBLIC Transport Director James Roncon has announced higher fares for travel on ACTION buses, coming into effect early in the new year.
“From Saturday 3 January 2015, most MyWay fares for ACTION buses will increase by an average of 2.5 percent in line with CPI,” Mr Roncon said.
“Off peak concession fares will have an additional increase, as part of progressive steps to bring concession entitlements in the ACT in line with other jurisdictions, where concession fares are 50 percent of adult fares.
