THE Anglican Bishop of Canberra and Goulburn Stuart Robinson will launch the construction of the tertiary residential All Saints College, in the heritage precinct of the historic All Saints Church at Ainslie on Thursday evening.

The college, which is expected to attract post-graduate students, has been formed to provide reasonable cost accommodation for 26 students attending tertiary institutions in Canberra.

To be built by Construction Control to the designs of architects Eric Martin and Associates, the college is expected to open in early December.

The project has been supported by the ACT and Federal Governments through the National Rental Affordability Scheme.
