ABOUT 50 kilograms of cannabis was found this morning, dumped on the side of a road in the rural area of Holt.
ACT Rangers found the cannabis which consisted of clippings and roots from 15 plants. The cannabis was believed to be low quality.
This was the third time this month dumped cannabis has been found, the two previous findings were in Stromlo.
