IF you were lucky enough to stay in bed this morning enjoy the knowledge that at 5.40am it was -3.9 at the airport which is close enough to -4 for anyone’s business.
On the streets of Civic this morning happiness was very obviously related to whom had dried their hair before leaving the house.
It’s forecast to reach a crisp clear 12 today with the mercury forecast to stay above zero until Sunday morning.
