Teen girl kicks fat attacker in the groin

A 17-year-old girl escaped a frightening attack this morning by kicking an overweight middle-aged man in the groin.

policePolice say the man grabbed her and threw her to the ground as she walked around Lake Tuggeranong just before 8am this morning and would like any witnesses to come forward.

The attack, which police are describing as an indecent act, happened between Bartlett Place and Cowlishaw Street.

The description being circulated is of a balding, overweight man, “possibly of Mediterranean appearance” and aged in his 50s with olive skin and grey or white hair, who was wearing a dark-coloured jacket, blue jeans and white runners this morning.
