JUSTICE Penfold’s judgment in the matter of Jacqueline Zwambila v Panganai Reason Wafawarova has been published.

Jacqueline Zwambila, the former Zimbabwean ambassador to Canberra, was suing Mr Wafawarova for defamation after he made world headlines with lurid claims about her actions at the embassy.

In the judgment Mr Wafawarova’s defence has been struck out and damages will now be assessed.

The judgment references claims by the defendant’s lawyers that he has no money and will enter bankruptcy.

The truth is a natural fact. When jealousies and greed contaminate the mind, then truth and purity become discarded. One becomes entangled in an abyss of the destruction of the innocent who progress whilst playing fair.
One even forgets that there is a living God, and one day, but one day, one will have to be held accountable!
