WHAT is it about Joy Burch and Twitter?
Recently the ACT Education Minister controversially retweeted an obscene observation critical of Federal Education Minister Christopher Pyne that would make a sailor blush.
This time she seems to be having trouble simply making sense, which suggests, perhaps: The need for a bigger screen? Bigger keyboard? Better glasses? New paint brushes? A shorter lunch hour?
Ratepayers will be relieved to know, the tweet has now been deleted.
