Judges chosen to consider David Eastman’s future

THREE judges have been selected to review the board of inquiry findings into the conviction of David Eastman for the murder of Colin Winchester.

Justices Steven Rares and Michael Wigney, and Acting Justice Dennis Cowdroy will consider the report.

Justice Brian Martin has recommended the conviction be quashed due to miscarriages of justice in the trial.

There is no set timetable for the court’s to responce.
