Machete robbery at Florey pizza shop

A MAN threatened staff with a machete before stealing cash from a Florey pizza store last night. police

Around 10.10pm, the man entered the Domino’s Pizza store armed with a machete and demanded money.

The employee complied with the demands and handed over a sum of cash.

The man ran from the store and was last seen down an alleyway between Domino’s Pizza and Pizza Capers.

Police searched the area but were unable to locate the offender.

The offender is described as Caucasian, and aged in his 20s. At the time of the robbery his face was concealed by a scarf made out of white material.

Anyone with information which can assist in identifying the offender, or anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity around the Florey shops around the time of the robbery  should contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or viawww.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
