Mighty mum Liz Craven off to another powerlifting World Championship

liz craven

KAMBAH mum Liz Craven has smashed the Australian National Powerlifting Championships to make her way to the World Powerlifting Championships in South Africa.

This follows the Build Fitness’ owner’s world title tilt last year as covered by “CityNews”.

Now ranked as the number one female lifter in Australia she’s hoping to do well at the June tournament in Johannesburg.

“The 52’s are an extremely competitive weight class and it will be hard to beat the American and Russian lifters but who knows what could happen on the day. I’ve done the work, now I’m just going there to do my best and see what happens,” she said.
