More than 380 stalls will feature in this year’s festival, offering up dishes from across the globe including German sausages, Tibetan dumplings, Thai fish cakes, Dutch pancakes and a multitude of meats on a stick.

This year the event includes a special section dedicated to the food and culture of the United States – expect ribs, cornbread, hot rod cars, rock and roll dancing.
