COOLEMAN Court shopping centre at Weston Creek is dedicating its “Party at the Shops 2014” on Saturday to raising money to help three-year-old cancer sufferer Annie McGuigan.
There’ll be children’s face painting and balloon art with The Gecko Gang, Rotary spin & win wheel, a sausage sizzle with Chef Heidi, Stella Bella Little Stars Foundation cake stall, Freddy Frapples 30th birthday celebrations, ACT Rural Fire Service Display, Jumping Castles, Kenny the Koala, Nomad the Magician, Canberra School of Dancing and more.
Many of the Cooleman Court retailers, including CC Beauty Centre, Cooleman Hair Centre, Coffee Guru, That Gelato Place, Café Au Lait and Curves, are donating a percentage of their takings on the day.
Activities include:
10.40am – Curves zumba performance
11am – Freddy Frapples 30th birthday celebrations
10am-2pm – Rotary Spin & Win Wheel with 30 prizes
11.30am-12.30pm – Guy Lilleyman and violinist Amelia (Australian Busking Champion) performing at centre court
11am-1pm – Kenny Koala and Nomad the Magician
10am-1pm – Jumping castles near the park
10am-2pm – ACT Rural Fire Service Truck and Flame game
10am-1pm – Face painting with the Gecko Gang
10am-4pm – Rotary sausage sizzle and gelato cart
All takings from these activities will be donated to Annie McGuigan fundraising.
