Police find robbery suspect in a wardrobe

Police-station-0553-175x175POLICE raided a house in Chisholm late last night and extracted a robbery suspect found hiding in a wardrobe.

The 32-year-old man, of no fixed abode, was arrested following an aggravated robbery at the Coles Express service station in Charnwood yesterday morning.

Around 6am, a man filled his car with petrol, entered the store with a knife and demanded money from the cashier.

Without obtaining any cash, the man fled the service station.
