Police swoop on Chapman home in murder probe

POLICE have executed a search warrant at a house in Chapman early this morning in relation to the murder of Miodrag Gajic.police

Acting on information provided to police, Criminal Investigations detectives and AFP Forensics attended the property and are in the process of conducting a search.

Miodrag Gajic was found dead at his home in Phillip on January 1.

Police are still urging two witnesses who may have seen the offender, or offenders, leave the Mansfield Place residence around the time of the murder, to come forward.

One of the women is thought to be of mature age, and the second of middle age, and were seen walking into the cul de sac at the time of, or near the time of, the offence on the late morning of Wednesday, January 1.
