NOBEL Laureate Brian Schmidt has opened Turner Primary’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) festival.
Held in partnership with the ANU, Questacon, Dickson College among others, the STEM festival engages primary school students in the world of maths and science through a range of fun activities run by professionals in the field.
Over the 10 days students will visit Questacon and Mt Stromlo Observatory and be delighted to presentations from the scientists from the ANU.
