Man’s throat cut in Kingston assault

Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious assault on a man in Kingston (Thursday, December 4).

About 9.50am today, police received a report of a 57-year-old man with a laceration to his throat.

The man was taken to hospital where he underwent surgery.

Police are treating the incident as suspicious.
