The Canberra Liberals website has, apparently, been hacked by Turkish radicals.
There’s not much shame in it as the same group famously hacked the hacking collective “Anonymous” back in 2011.
With the group’s name literally meaning “Ottoman Raiders” it is possible there’s a motivation to go after Zed Seselja with his Croatian name. but most likely they’ve randomly port scanned, found a known vulnerability, and struck without motivation.
It is probably a good idea to avoid the Libs site unless your computer is very up to date.
UPDATE: The site at this time (11:05am), appears to have been restored.
