Video / Sneaky thieves in high visibility clothing stealing a trailer

ACT Policing has uploaded this intriguing video with a short note:

CCTV vision of stolen trailer offence in Calwell November 21, 2014

One imagines that if one can identify the thieves ACT Policing would like to hear from you.

UPDATE: ACT Policing has posted the following on Facebook:

Can you identify these thieves?

ACT Policing is seeking to identify the three men from this CCTV and is encouraging anyone who can assist to report online via the Crime Stoppers ACT website, or by calling 1800 333 000.

The CCTV shows the theft of a trailer and copper cabling from a Calwell residence around 9am on November 21.

The vision shows the thieves scouting the location in a light-coloured twin cab utility, possibly a Nissan. One man wearing a long-sleeved fluoro shirt and a dark cap then enters the driveway and steals the copper. A short time later a second man enters the property and directs the twin-cab ute as it backs up. Two men then hook up the trailer to the ute and drive off.

The rego plates do not match to the twin cab. If you think you know who the theives are, don’t post the info here, send the info to Crime Stoppers. Hope you can help!
