Want to learn how to cook with truffles?


HAVE the winter snuffles got you down? Head along to EcoAction’s Cooking with truffles workshop and truffle your blues away.

The Canberra Environment Centre is collaborating with Owen Saddler of Dream Cuisine fame to bring you something warm and delicious on Saturday 16th of August from 10-2pm.

They’ll teach you how to make a potato and truffle gratin and a traditional French rice pudding with truffles before sitting down to lunch with a glass of organic wine.

Put your nose to the ground!

Time: 10pm – 2pm

UPDATE: “CityNews” was notified on 22 July that the date of this event was changed to 16 September.

Further Update: We have now (22 July, 1.55pm) been informed the date is back to 16 August.
