Want to learn how to cook with truffles?

HAVE the winter snuffles got you down? Head along to EcoAction’s Cooking with truffles workshop and truffle your blues away.

The Canberra Environment Centre is collaborating with Owen Saddler of Dream Cuisine fame to bring you something warm and delicious on Saturday 16th of August from 10-2pm.

They’ll teach you how to make a potato and truffle gratin and a traditional French rice pudding with truffles before sitting down to lunch with a glass of organic wine.

Put your nose to the ground!

Date: Saturday 16th August 16 September 16 August.
Time: 10pm – 2pm
Location: YMCA Bush Capital Lodge
Cost: $80 per person
