ACT Policing’s Criminal Investigations Team has seized drugs suspected to be cannabis and a significant sum of cash from a search warrant at a residence in Chifley yesterday morning (Wednesday 30 April).
Around 9.30am, police attended the home seizing 29 plants from the garden suspected to be cannabis along with a further 35 shopping bags of matter suspected to be cannabis.
Hydroponic equipment including lights and transformers was also located along with a significant sum of cash and a quantity of crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine.
Investigations are continuing.
