Witnesses sought to suspicious fire in Kambah

Police-afp-cops-0021-175x175POLICE are seeking witnesses to a grass fire in Kambah late yesterday afternoon (Sunday, December 21).

About 6.20pm, police attended grassland at the rear of the BMX cycle track on Sulwood Drive.

The fire brigade, which extinguished the fire, deemed it suspicious and handed the scene over to the police. No properties were damaged.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have information regarding the incident or may have witnessed anyone acting suspiciously in the area prior to the fire.
