And if you think that means winning at all costs, the finer print tells us the show, a new contemporary dance work, is about competing and co-operating, and winning, and losing — and what these dancers think about all that.

With the help of choreographers Jake Kuzma, Alison Plevey and Jamie Winbank and Artistic Director Ruth Osborne, it has been created by 47 dancers, most aged 8–16 from the junior ensemble supported by some older dancers from Quantum Leap ensemble.

QL2 Dance’s “For the win”, at Theatre 3, 3 Repertory Lane, Acton, 3 performances only: 17 & 18 October 7pm Friday, 3pm & 6pm Saturday. $20 full | $15 conc | $12 under 15, bookings to canberrarep.org.au or 6257 1950 — 10-4, Monday to Friday or in person: Theatre 3, 3 Repertory Lane Acton 10-4 Monday to Friday; or 1 hour prior to each show.
