A homecoming party this Thursday for Canberra’s world champion coffee king!

ELENA Pajkovska has been in touch to let us know that Canberra’s World Champion Barista Sasa Sestic is to be the recipient of a homecoming party tomorrow at noon for those who want to join in the celebrations of global coffee domination and sticking it up Melbourne.

Good Morning!!

My uncle Sasa Sestic on Monday won the World Barista Championship representing Australia! He is an ex Olympian, founder of Ona Coffee and Project Origin, Australian coffee winner and now world champion! On Thursday, 12:00-12:30pm at Ona on the Lawns, Manuka we are hosting a surprise homecoming party for Sasa to celebrate his win and Australia’s win in addition to spreading the word. This is such amazing news for Australia and Canberra as we are now in coffee history!

Just don’t go telling Sasa and spoiling the surprise.

UPDATE: The time for this event was originally stated to be 11am.
