THE High Commission of Canada is hosting a screening of “John McCrae’s War: In Flanders Fields” at the Australian War Memorial’s theatre, 1pm, on July 1. It’s a documentary about McCrae, the wartime doctor who wrote the famous poem “In Flanders Fields”. It’s open to anyone and admission is free.
