SEEING Machines has offices in Mountain View (home to Google) and Melbourne. They’re listed on the London Stock Exchange. But the ANU spinoff has their head office in Braddon and last night won two major awards from Business Review Weekly.

The 2015 BRW Most Innovative Companies list has Canberra’s only entry coming in sixth.

Even better they’ve taken out Most Innovative Medium Company, and Best Product Innovation.

At the moment their main product senses when drivers are fatigued and they claim it will prevent 112,000 truck accidents this year.

BRW have a detailed profile of what they’re up to.
