Classy art classes at Belconnen Arts Centre

BELCONNEN Arts Centre has announced that this week they’re commencing a wide range of classes across many art-forms, for all ages and abilities.

There are of visual arts classes for all levels of experience, from cartooning to puppetry, as well as our latest offering – Mindful Marks, a daytime class dedicated to ‘seeing things differently’, and a special 4 week program – The Meditative Art of Mandalas.

A Saturday Fun for artists under 5 starts tomorrow, February 7.

As well “IGNITE: Alternative Arts Academy” has with a visual arts and theatre program specifically designed for practising or emerging artists living with a disability or having experienced mental illness.

The Centre has a growing music program and 17 dance providers offering a wide range of dance classes – flamenco, burlesque or swing; Indian dance or dance for people with Parkinson’s.
