Dog stolen from the RSPCA

RSPCA ACT is calling for witnesses regarding a dog stolen from the Weston Shelter on Tuesday evening.

CCTV picked up two vehicles driving down Kirkpatrick Street and parked outside the Weston Shelter for approximately half an hour. Individuals exited the car and began trespassing inside the Weston Shelter. Significant damage occurred to fencing and a kennel area.

During this occurrence a dog was stolen from her kennel, Pear is a female, tan and white bull arab mix. She has been micro chipped to RSPCA ACT.

Pear was involved in a cruelty complaint in March and was surrendered to RSPCA ACT. She was available for adoption.

RSPCA ACT would like anyone who may have any information that could assist in the investigation to contact RSPCA ACT Inspectors on 0407 078 221. Information can be provided anonymously.
